It’s about identifying your wounds, your conscious or unconscious psychological traumas, your difficulties in order to tame emotions and allow you to manage them.
I will accompany and guide you with an empathetic listening without judgment. This will allow you to heal wounds and psychological traumas. At the same time, it allows you to undertake personal development work which consists of knowledge, acceptance, and self-love to thus find emotional balance, gain self-confidence, the joy of living, and harmony in your life.
I will propose energy techniques in addition to talk therapy to accelerate the work and permanently eliminate blocking situations and traumas.
