From a very young age, I developed an interest in psychology and human relationships, even though I initially graduated from a business school. However, due to the twists and turns of life and my personal story, this interest became a passion. Deeply moved by people’s suffering, I undertook studies in psychology and energy psychology, which is an innovative approach, specializing in psychological trauma.
Fascinated by human consciousness and its incredible possibilities, I continued to train in Ericksonian and humanistic hypnosis, as well as in Reiki, an ancient Japanese energy healing method.
Enriched by these human experiences and training for over 12 years, my approach to psychotherapy is based on traditional as well as holistic approaches. I am convinced that the mind and body are linked and that to achieve optimal well-being, it is important to take into account these two aspects. In my work, I enjoy helping each person discover themselves and find solutions to overcome their difficulties. Because behind every trial lies a precious gift and the opportunity to evolve. My goal is to accompany and guide you on the path of self-knowledge and healing, so that you can assert, accept, respect yourself, become independent, simply happy and free.
There comes a time when you might want to take care of yourself, or you are going through a difficult period, or you lack self-confidence. Taking care of your sufferings and wounds, freeing yourself from the aftermath of a significant trauma that occurred in childhood or adulthood.
