About me

From an early age, I have always been drawn to psychology and the richness of human relationships. Although my first training was in business school, life and my personal journey gradually led me to my true passion: therapeutic support.

Deeply sensitive to people’s struggles and challenges, I went on to study Psychology specialized in Trauma, followed by Energy Psychology—an innovative approach that works in depth while also delivering rapid results. 

Fascinated by the extraordinary capacities of human consciousness, I expanded my practice with Ericksonian and humanistic hypnosis. Since 2010, I have continued to enrich my approach with these complementary tools, blending the rigor of traditional methods with the power of holistic practices.

My core belief is that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. To achieve lasting well-being, both dimensions must be taken into account. My work is rooted in brief, solution-focused therapies that fosters concrete and sustainable change, enabling each person to access their own resources in order to move forward.
